Company History

The company was founded by Timothy G. Kessler, CPA. Tim's background includes a BS in Accounting and Business from Eastern University. He began his career with eight years as a practicing CPA primarily with KPMG. After being an accomplished producer for a national recruiting firm, Tim formed Northpoint Financial Search. It is the practical accounting industry experience coupled with recruiting experience that has allowed Tim to have a relentless desire to assist talented candidates and diverse client companies discover the proper match.
