Interview to include detailed understanding of skills, short and long term career
goals, appropriate references, and career search strategy.
Periodic presentation of appropriate quality opportunities.
Interview set up and debrief.
Presentation of offer.
Periodic follow up with you to ascertain that expectations are on track.
