• Initial screening to determine overview of skills, motivation for considering change, critical components of your next career step, geographic considerations, and salary expectations.
• Interview to include detailed understanding of skills, short and long term career goals, appropriate references, and career search strategy.
• Periodic presentation of appropriate quality opportunities.
• Interview set up and debrief.
• Presentation of offer to the successful candidate.
